As the Vice President and General Manager of Zolon’s Federal Civilian Portfolio based in Herndon, VA, Daniel Abernathy spearheads transformative initiatives aimed at better serving Federal constituencies. Prior to Zolon, Daniel held pivotal roles at numerous companies including Ventech, Ad Hoc, Verizon and Dell Federal Government Services. His contributions have consistently delivered tangible results, including multimillion-dollar contract wins and the establishment of strategic alliances.
Daniel’s leadership extends beyond his professional endeavors. He actively contributes to industry associations such as AFCEA and NCMA, and has served as an advisor on the Marketing Program Curriculum Review Committee at Northern Virginia Community College. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business/Marketing from Kennesaw State University.
